I found one when i got wanted level at the los santos hospital! if you get a wanted level and circle around for the hospital for a bit, you can find it! I have found it in other places too like: the police station in los santos city, that same place without the mission and one on the highway next to the hospital (go straight from the north side the take a east and go in the parking. then just honk ur horn for some time and the car will come down the highway ahead in a pursuit. there you can take the car and yeah

i have got the cars: number 1 number 3 number 4 and number 5 lol i havent got da lifeguard thingy (btw fun fact: i was in a police pursuit and a literal undercover cop car came out ;-;)
